In AZ, you can receive a DUI charge if your BAC - Blood Alcohol Concentration is above .08%. If you are pulled over for suspicion of driving impaired and you refuse to take the chemical test you could end up having your license suspended for one year. If it is your 2nd or 3rd offense you license can be suspended for 2 years.
The penalties in AZ for DUI are this:
